Name And Shame St Kentigern's Academy Blackburn West Lothian For Failing  On 3 Assualts On A Pupil Failed There Duty Of Care To Protect And Inform And Involve Police doing the decnt thing refused point blank to contact involve police public wouldnt recommend this school who fail there duty of care and protect pupils imorally wrong bye anyones standards pupil had black eye bruises on his cheeks  and bruises on legs perartrators admited assault  but schol refused point blank to report to police or involve police pupil has been removed from school in definetly

andrew sharkey and sharon Gallagher head teacher and deputy head teacher  of st kentigern's academy blackburn west Lothian must  resign from there posts or be sacked cause there attitude is if pupils are physically assaulting one another etc they wont involve police nothing yet under the eyes of the laws it states and says its a crimanal offence to assault anyone and assaults should be investigated as a crimminal matter yet st kentigern's acadamey attitudes pupils can do what they want as long as teachers staff arent getting assaulted then they wont involve police even though a parents asking them to do it they refuse to any decent parent wouldnt put there child to this school under any circumstances cause parents child welbeing should be no 1 proirity and its nots st kentigern's academy Blackburn attitude what parent is going to let a way with there son or daughter being physically assaulted 3 times and school refuse to involve police what would any decent parent do and its about time both these head teachers were held fully accountable for there actions and thats to resign or be sacked no if no buts no excuses children no 1 priority if head teachers are saying to a parent or parents they are treating all 3 incidents as assault and the people have admitted it then they should involve police no questions and no parent parents are going to let there child be physically assaulted in any school and the news papers are involved have been contacted etc and other legal channels and they are all aware of our campaign etc and so do all schools in west Lothian and the council and all over the uk we are the voice and will speak out and take a stand this school failed to protect a pupil who was physical assaulted not once but on 3 separate occasions perpetrators admitted physical assault on pupil school refuse point blank to involve police or report to police even though parents are demanding they do they says they cant and wont how immorally wrong were school pupil had black eye and bruises to cheek and bruises to legs pupil has been permanently removed from school with the parents and now have approached news papers media stv news etc and all other channels these to heads must resign or be sacked for failing to protect a pupil and doing the morally decent thing
 

had meeting with deans community high school Livingston west Lothian today with head teacher asked her questions on how they tackle deal with bullying verbally or assault or physical assaults etc and used scenarios etc with her and all that this head teacher says she will deal with all school bullying verbally and assaults as she sees fit to and not the parents and will not explain to parents or justify her reasons decisions in writing to any paren...ts etc under any circumstances will she do this and wont even if a parent demands this she wont do it this and when we challenged her about moral rights and immorally wrong doing things she says its her decisions and not parents and she will not explain justify her self decisions actions in writing to any parent on how she runs the school or her ways of doing things the head teacher did not like us challenge her in her ways or policies for school and how she done things etc she really never says much wouldn't in bullying issues problems policies for her school she had a negative attitude could wouldn't explain or give us straight answers to our questions on how they tackle deal with bullying in there school and as meeting closed I told her I will publish her school on our campaign pages she never says anything apart from its her school and what she says go regardless of assaults bullying verbally etc people can make there own mind up but I wouldn't certainly put a child to this schools with policies they cant explain justify and wont do the moral decent thing and schools claim they are open about there bullying policies don't know where about cause when you challenge them on bullying policies etc they are not interested and don't like all the questions being asked but every one person has the right legally to challenge anything they wish on any policy but they don't like people challenging them what are they really hiding if they cant wont explain justify there policies makes parents wonder what goes on behind the scenes they don't want people to find out there dirty washing put out in public to be aired but that what we are hear for will always challenge schools no matter what and highlight them cause they cant and wont explain themselves or justify hiding behind there polices and cant wont see past policies but can only see past them when it affects them directly or individually
